Notarization Questions?

Yes.  Your notary is a full Mobile Notary Service.  Your local Notary Public will come to you or meet you at a mutual, nearby location.

No unfortunately, walk-in service is not offered.  Due to the variety of notarial services available, including mobile services, all notarizations are by appointment only.  This will ensure you receive your notarization.  You are able to call/text and receive a same day appointment. 

We service Washington County Maryland and surrounding counties.  Washington County is our service area and other surrounding areas incur fees.

The first document takes 15- 20 minutes.  This is including introduction, ID verification, document terms, journal signing, and final details.  Additional notarizations take around 3-5 minutes depending on certificate.

Yes.  Same day service may incur a rush fee, however if given at least 4 hours time before the notary appointment, the rush fee can be waived (Loan Signing Appointments).  All notarizations MUST be scheduled.  Your notary may be mobile upon your visit.  Call or text your visitation plans to (301) 882-1116 for your same day (or any day) notarization.

Yes.  Your notary can take your documents to be shipped if they are accompanied by a pre-paid label.  If no shipping label is attached to your documentation, you will incur shipping charges. 

Yes and Identification too!  All signers must be present at the appointment time with proper ID.  

Sure Can!  Every Document we print incurs a $1 fee.  This includes documents that were not notarized.  Simply send us your document before your appointment and your Notary will have it waiting for your signature at the time of your notarization.  Simple.

Unfortunately, no.  This office only notarizes titles.  You should not need to come to a Notary Public for notarization of an auto title unless first directed by your DMV or MVA.   Your Notary Public is not adept in titling vehicles; therefore, it is best to contact the MVA or DMV when seeking information on a future or recent auto transaction.   Seller must be at appointment.

It is true that all signers must see a notary face to face however all signers do not have to see the same notary.  It is acceptable for one document to be notarized by different notaries unless restricted by the party requiring the notarized document.
